Whale Watching
Take a picturesque drive down Digby Neck from the cottage for about 20 minutes to East Ferry and take the ferry for a short (approx. 5 minute) trip for approx. $8.00 return to Tiverton, where there are a number of licensed tour boats, who will take you on a whale watching trip. You can chose a cruiser for your trip, or for you youngsters (or young at heart) there are trips offered by Ocean Explorations on high speed inflatable craft.
The ferry to Tiverton leaves once an hour from East Ferry to Tiverton, at half past the hour, for example 9:30, 10:30 etc.
The ferry across Petite Passage

All Aboard!!
You will pass Tiverton Lighthouse

The cruisers seat about 30 to 40 passengers and take you into the Bay of Fundy, where you may be fortunate enough to see whales, dolphins, seals and Atlantic puffins.
Please ensure that you pack plenty of drinks, food, sun cream and a jacket, on even the warmest of days.
