2011 Rental Rates

 Weekly Rates for the whole cottage, which comfortably sleeps 6

4th June 2012 to 15th October 2012: $1,000.00, £625.00 or 735 Euros per week

which is from approximately $24 per night per person

(all prices include electricity, high speed internet, heating in June, clean bedding and towels and normal cleaning on your departure)

We do not have a fixed changeover day and you do not have to book for exact weeks, although a 5 days is the least number for which we take bookings. Departure times are flexible, unless there is an immediate follow on booking, in which case, we ask you to leave by 10:30 am, to ensure that the property can be cleaned to our very high standards, in time for the next guests.   Stays under 7 days are subject to a separate cleaning charge, which  is otherwise included in the price you pay.
